Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern use of Pokemon Survivor Wiki, its planning tools and its packaged local game edition. Use the site lawfully and respect the rights and services of others. If you do not accept these conditions, stop using the site.
Independent game and materials
PokéSurvivor is a fan game by JPTER78. The wiki is independent of the author and Pokémon rights holders. Game code, sprites, fonts and trademarks have separate licenses or ownership conditions. See Sources & credits; availability here does not grant a commercial license to artwork.
Drafts and local progress
Planning tools check a fixed set of rules. They do not guarantee a victory, an exact drop, a rank or a future game behavior. Browser storage can be blocked or erased. You are responsible for keeping exports of wiki drafts where useful; those exports do not preserve the game save.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site to attack external services, impersonate the game author, distribute harmful files or claim rights you do not hold. Do not submit secrets or another person’s private data through email or share links.
Availability and external services
The site is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or compatibility on every device. External sites are operated by others. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not accept liability for losses caused by unavailable services, inaccurate planning assumptions or lost browser data; this does not exclude rights that law does not permit to be excluded.
