Send a useful report

Email mooyuking@gmail.com. Include the page URL, what you expected, what happened, and your browser or device. For a rule mismatch, include the revision shown on the page and the move or Pokémon involved.

Game loading and saves

First check the loading and save guide. Do not clear browser storage before preserving what you can. We cannot recover cloud accounts on the author’s service or reconstruct erased local saves.

Attribution and rights

For an attribution correction or a rights concern, identify the affected material, its page and your relationship to it. We will review the request. Please do not send passwords, cookies or sensitive account records.

Response expectations

This is an independent fan reference, not a staffed game support service. We do not promise an immediate response or a particular resolution time.
